Service Agreement

Mr. Fix IT Geeks provides managed IT services under annual service agreements. All plans require a 12-month commitment with month-to-month billing. Specific service terms, responsibilities, and service level agreements are detailed in your individual service contract.

Limitation of Liability

Mr. Fix IT Geeks provides services on a best-effort basis. Liability for any damages is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for damages resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Cancellation

After the initial 12-month term, plans auto-renew annually. Cancellation requires 90 days written notice before the renewal date.
