Everything listed in your tier: monitoring, patching, security, helpdesk, and reporting. No hidden fees or per-incident charges. Your monthly price is your total price.
All plans require a 12-month annual agreement with month-to-month billing. After the initial term, your plan auto-renews annually with 90 days' cancellation notice.
After your discovery call, we run a free external assessment and send you a findings report. If you decide to move forward, we remotely deploy monitoring and security tools on all your devices. Most businesses are fully onboarded within one week. There's a one-time $499 onboarding fee, waived if you prepay the full year.
Foundation includes Mon–Fri 9am–5pm helpdesk. Professional and Complete add emergency phone support evenings and weekends. Complete gets priority 1-hour response.
